We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a replacement based on the following policy:
Replacements
- Items are eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Replacements will only be issued for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Non-Replaceable Items
Customized products, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for replacement.
How to Request a Replacement
- Log in to your account and go to the My Orders section.
- Select the product and click on Request Replacement.
- Follow the instructions provided.
